Julia Gröninger was born in 1982 and trained as a hotel manager and HR specialist after finishing secondary school. She most recently worked as a personnel officer and in payroll accounting. Julia found her way into yoga by chance through a gym and, in doing so, ultimately discovered her passion. Since that first experience in a yoga class, regular practice has been an integral part of her life, and after years of intensive training, she qualified as a yoga teacher (with 200h AYA certification) and yoga personal trainer. She also undertook further training in NUAD Thai massage. Julia has been an independent full-time yoga and fitness instructor since April 2017 and passes on her knowledge and passion to those who participate in her classes. Her sessions are sporty and always have a dash of humour, yet never lose sight of what is at the heart of the practice: healthy alignment of the body and movement that flows with breathing. For Julia, practising yoga is a way of life and an attitude to life itself, which brings people together but also allows each of us as individuals to find our true selves again.
