Her approach combines meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, inner child work, conscious goal setting and sleep-support techniques to create an individually tailored coaching experience. As a certified yoga teacher with extensive training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and advanced teacher trainings, she regularly leads group classes, retreats, workshops, one-on-one sessions and selected brand and corporate events. Aleks’s teaching style is down-to-earth, inclusive and experience-driven.
