Three evenings filled with poetic soundscapes and virtuosic encounters
When three outstanding artistic personalities come together on one stage, something greater than a concert emerges — a living dialogue between human beings, sound, and literature.
Celebrated soprano Marlis Petersen, together with her pianist Matthias Lademann, presents a “Musical Journey through the Eras and Styles of Vocal Music,” ranging from Baroque and Classical works to opera, operetta, and musical theatre.
Another evening is dedicated to the theme of “Love.” A poetic diversity of tender, longing, and passionate songs and texts unfolds around the number one theme of human existence. Markus Däunert enriches selected works with his sensitive and refined violin playing.
United as a trio, the artists then invite the audience to a final musical evening that follows the paths of Nordic mysticism, merging seamlessly with the theme of our journey: the sphere beyond the ordinary, suspended between reality and imagination.
