Your cruise along the coasts of South America begins in Valparaiso. After cruising through the Chilean fjord landscape and along the Pio XI Glacier, you will reach Punta Arenas, the heart of Patagonia. From here, fly to the Torres del Paine National Park*, the most famous of Chile’s 40 some national parks. Alternatively, go on a hike in Magallanes National Reserve* with its unique flora and fauna. After the EUROPA 2 has cruised off the Garibaldi Glacier, Ushuaia awaits you. From here, enjoy a natural spectacle with crystal-clear lakes in Tierra del Fuego National Park*. After rounding Cape Horn, the route takes you to Puerto Madryn. Be amazed by Magellanic penguins and rare elephant seals on the Valdes* peninsula. Buenos Aires welcomes you with countless sights and you can also look forward to a trip* in the Delta del Tigre, a labyrinth of hundreds of large and small islands as well as floating gardens. At the end of your cruise, explore the historic centre of Montevideo before disembarking the EUROPA 2 in Rio de Janeiro.
