On the first day at sea, the General Expedition Manager invites you to a personal talk with the Olympic champion. In a relaxed atmosphere, she talks about her sporting career, the highs and lows of competitive sport, mental resilience and motivation, and how experiences from top-level sport can be transferred to everyday life. The vastness of the Arctic and the special atmosphere of the far north provide an impressive setting for inspiration, reflection and exchange.
On the other days at sea, training sessions are scheduled for the morning and afternoon. The open-concept programmes are designed for guests of different fitness levels. The focus is on movement, body awareness and activation.
