Dr Yael Adler, MD, is a specialist in dermatology, venereology, phlebology and Nutritional Medicine (DGEM). She has been practising at her own clinic in Berlin since 2007 and at the Clinic Utoquai in Zurich since 2024 – she is also President of the German Society for Anti-Ageing Medicine (GSAAM). The dedicated dermatologist has been offering expert advice for many years on TV programmes, in magazines and on her podcast “Ist das noch gesund?”. Her commitment to health education was recognised in June 2026 with a place on “Germany’s Top 50 – The Power List 2026”. Germany’s 50 most influential figures from the worlds of politics, business and society were honoured with the award. Yael Adler also hosts specialist medical events and gives infotainment talks featuring a stand-up consultation session. With her international non-fiction bestseller *Haut nah*, published in autumn 2016, the dermatologist continues to captivate readers all over the world to this day. The book has now been translated into 33 languages. With *‘That’s Not Something You Talk About’ – Down with Body Taboos*, Yael Adler achieved another *Spiegel* number one bestseller in 2018. This was followed by the programme “We need to talk, Doctor!”, which explores doctor-patient communication – an important relationship, often even a matter of life and death. With *Genial vital!* – those who know their bodies stay young for longer – Yael Adler can look forward to another number one bestseller in *Der Spiegel* in 2023. In March 2025, her new book *Genial ernährt!* was published, and it has since also become a number one bestseller on the *Spiegel* list.

Philipp Boy, born on July 23, 1987, in Schwedt/Oder, is a former German artistic gymnast who gained recognition for his outstanding athletic achievements and later for various television appearances.

Boy began his gymnastics career at TSV Blau-Weiß 65 Schwedt e.V. under the guidance of Manfred Paschke. He grew up in Schwedt/Oder and dropped out of his banking apprenticeship in 2009 to fully dedicate himself to gymnastics. Later, he completed an education to become an insurance specialist.

In 2019, Boy married his long-time partner Vivien Patzig; the couple has a daughter named Ophelia (born in 2013) and lives in Berlin. After his gymnastics career, Boy worked as a financial advisor until 2019 and is currently a personal trainer. Additionally, he runs an outdoor sports park in Berlin and has been involved as an ambassador for Laureus Sport for Good since 2023.

Arian Ebrahimchel has been working as a physiotherapist and osteopath in Berlin's Grunewald district since 2001. In 2010, he completed his studies in osteopathy at the IAO in Ghent, earning the title "Osteopath D.O." In 2013, the passionate golfer became the first in Germany to graduate as a sports osteopath with a Bachelor's degree. Over the years, Ebrahimchel founded four physiotherapy practices in Berlin, known under the name "DiscusPhysio," in 2001, 2008, 2013, and 2019. 

In addition to his practice work, the ambitious entrepreneur is also involved in the entertainment industry. He worked for a long time with UFA Film Studios in Potsdam Babelsberg and has been accompanying the star comedian Mario Barth as his personal osteopath on his live tours for several years. Ebrahimchel is also heavily involved in professional sports with his teams. Since 2020, he has been the Head of Physiotherapy for the basketball team of multiple German champions and cup winners, "Alba Berlin," and since the 2022/2023 season, he has been the Chief Therapist for the current European handball champions, "Füchse Berlin."

Dr Michael Adler grew up at the crossroads of medicine and dentistry – his father was a consultant in internal medicine and his mother a dentist. After working for a time as a freelancer at ZDF, he studied at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and obtained a doctorate in the field of ‘Psychology and Dentistry. In 1996, he moved to Berlin with his future wife, where he successfully ran his own practice with employed dentists for over 25 years. At the same time, he set up dental doctors GbR to provide expert reports, consultancy and further training. His area of specialism is dental sleep medicine, in which he is certified. Together with a cardiologist, ENT specialists, a pulmonologist and a sleep medicine specialist, he set up a center of excellence for interdisciplinary sleep medicine – a concept that is unique worldwide. He now practices in Zurich using the InterSleep approach and shares his knowledge with both the public and specialist audiences: His focus is on good sleep and modern dental treatments for nocturnal breathing disorders and teeth grinding.

Atrin Madani is one of the most exciting voices of Germany's young jazz scene. The Berlin-based singer combines the timeless elegance of classic crooners such as Frank Sinatra, Mel Tormé and Tony Bennett with a distinctive artistic voice of his own. Inspired by artists like Norah Jones, Diana Krall and Till Brönner, he reimagines carefully selected pop and singer-songwriter classics with warmth, sophistication and emotional depth. His debut album, "Where Are We Now?" (2023), was nominated for the 2024 German Jazz Award for "Debut Album of the Year." Featuring fresh interpretations of songs by David Bowie, Steely Dan, Coldplay and Nick Drake, the album bridges generations while showcasing Madani's unique musical perspective. Career highlights include opening for Gregory Porter before an audience of more than 5,700 at Berlin's Classic Open Air, as well as performances with the Big Band of the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the HR Big Band and the Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra. He has also performed on several occasions for German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at official state events. In 2026, Madani recorded his second album at Berlin's legendary Hansa Studios. The same year, he joins the original Roger Cicero Big Band on a commemorative tour marking the tenth anniversary of the acclaimed singer's passing.

Lauma Skrid is equally at home on the international podium as a soloist and chamber musician. The winner of the Beethoven Ring 2008 works with conductors such as Pedro Halffter, Andris Nelsons, Muhai Tang and John Storgärds and instrumentalists such as Anne-Sophie Mutter, Daniel Müller-Schott, Sol Gabetta, Julian Steckei, Jörg Widmann, Christian Tetzlaff and Tanja Tetzlaff. She has been performing internationally with great success in the Skride Quartet with her sister Baiba Skride, Harriet Krijgh and Lise Berthaud since 2016. She has released several CDs. Lauma Skride was born in Riga in 1982 and studied at the music academy in her home city (Anita Paze) and at the music academy in Hamburg (Volker Banfield). She has successfully participated in numerous international competitions since the age of eleven.

For thirty years, cellist Gregory Bennett Walmsley has traveled the world to perform in all the different genres that the glorious art of classical music offers: Opera, symphonies, ballet and chamber music. He has performed on five continents with such renowned musicians as Antal Dorati, George Solti, Colin Davis, Simon Rattle, Kurt Masur and Bernard Haitink. After 20 years as a member of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Gregory moved to Berlin with his partner, the pianist Lauma Skride, and their daughter Beatrice Lulu. He began playing the cello at the age of 10 and was a junior student at the Royal Academy. After completing his studies with Derek Simpson and Lynn Harrell at the Academy of Music in London, he was awarded a scholarship to study with Bernard Greenhouse at Rutgers University (USA). Future projects include performing Bach's Cello Suites at the London Eye and at chamber music festivals in the Netherlands and Germany. Gregory plays an Italian cello from Trieste.

Born in Riga, Latvia (2006), Elza Siliņa ir a violinist with extensive training and performance experience. She began her violin studies at the age of six and is currently studying in Jāzeps Mediņš Riga 1st Music School with Antti Kortelainen. She has participated in masterclasses across Europe with world renowned professor Mihaela Martin. Elza has won multiple competitions, including the 1st prize at the Valdis Vikmanis’ Competition (2024), 2nd prize and special award for Beethoven sonata interpretation at the 10th International Louis Spohr Competition for Young Violinists (2022) and more. She has performed widely as a soloist and chamber musician. In 2024, she performed in New Year’s concerts with Liepāja Symphony Orchestra, Participated in the Liepāja “Star Festival” and has given chamber music concerts in Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Finland and Switzerland playing in different kinds of chamber music ensembles, including string quartet, string quintet, string octet and piano trio. She has performed in major venues such as the “Great Amber”, “Latvija”, and “Cēsis” concert hall in Latvia, National Coach Museum in Portugal, Music Conservatory of Geneva and more. Elza has collaborated with musicians like pianist Lauma Skride, accordionist Ksenija Sidorova and composer Raimonds Pauls. Her dedication and achievements reflect her continuous development as a musician through international performances and collaborations.

In this way, the South Seas become not only visible, but literally tasteable.
• Poisson Cru & Ceviche – when acidity takes centre stage
  A culinary journey through raw fish dishes, coconut milk, lime and acidity. Guests prepare a small variation themselves and discover what happens when fish is marinated and how acidity, salt and fat interact.
• Vanilla can be savoury too
  Vanilla is not presented purely as a dessert ingredient, but in surprising savoury combinations – for example, with fish and coconut, in a lime or butter sauce, with roasted sweet potato, or paired with chilli and passion fruit. • Paradise on a Plate – from the island to the gourmet plate
