Look forward to a combination of North African mainland and Canary Island golf. Golfing experiences in the desert await you, complemented by two volcanically influenced island golf adventures. The games you can expect on this cruise are correspondingly different. – All in all, something for golfing connoisseurs.
Wed, 05.11.2025, Agadir, Morocco – Le Soleil Golf Club
This oasis-like 36-hole course, consisting of the Championship Course and the Tikida Course, is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Atlas Mountains in the centre of Agadir. Some of the golf courses in the classic parkland design were completely renovated in 2019, significantly improving the fairway quality. The eucalyptus forest surrounding the courses and the breeze blowing in from the Atlantic do the rest. Even if the first landing zones are a little narrow from many a tee box, the ‘2nd shot’ is more in line with the course when landing safely. With the well-trained caddies, it should even be possible to hit the ball without any losses.
Sun, 09.11.2025, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain – Anfi Tauro Golf
Situated below the Barranco del Cura in a valley, the course features 18 widely spaced fairways. Standing on the fairways, you can’t help but get the impression of a golf course that is more at home in Arizona. Here, too, there is an interesting interplay between the rocky aspects of the surrounding foothills of the mountains and the green areas of the fairways. Take the eighth hole, for example, where after a short approach you will find a green surrounded by rock faces. – If you overshoot the mark here, you run the risk of getting the ball sent back from the surrounding rocks.
Mon, 10.11.2025, San Sebastian, La Gomera, Spain – Tecina Golf
On a volcanic spur in the south of the island lies this elongated layout with its breathtaking 18 golf holes. The mostly straight and closely-spaced fairways are located on a kind of high plateau above the Atlantic Ocean, resulting in some very exciting courses with unusual final “green areas”. The mixture of the green of the fairways and the blue of the Atlantic creates extremely impressive fairways that make golfers’ hearts beat faster.
