The renowned resort has an impressive 54 holes spread over three parkland courses. These are the Deerpark, Bevelly and Barryscourt courses. The resort is particularly proud of the fact that it has already hosted the Irish Open twice. The course is known for its challenging holes and picturesque surroundings. Â
Fri 09.07.2027 Galway, Ireland - Galway Bay Golf Resort  Â
Located directly on the west coast of Ireland is the mixture of classic links and resort course designed by Irish golf pro Christy O'Connor Jr. The fairways are rather atypically wide for a links course, with the golfing journey leading past numerous pot bunkers on the way to the manageably small greens. Special care should be taken to ensure that the ball does not land in the unpleasant sand hazards.Â
Sun 11.07.2027 Greencastle, Ireland - Ballyliffin Golf Club, Glashedy LinksÂ
This Northern Irish links course presents itself, in typical fashion, with narrow fairways, almost all of which are accompanied by gentle dune hills. In contrast, the fairways end on relatively large greens, which is not typical. However, the score will be decided at the tee box, where the right feel for direction is required for the first distances. In other words, safe shots bring safe results.
Thu. 15.07.2027 Invergordon, Scotland - Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf ClubÂ
The eighteen holes of the links course are located on a headland in the far north of Scotland. The design features narrow fairways, which are also very ‘wind and weather sensitive’ due to the location of the entire course. Those who have directional control of their ball have a clear advantage!
