Golf & Cruise

Experience the world's most beautiful golf courses

A little cafe latte, a little cappuccino – in other words, as for golf, a little bit of everything that delights coffee lovers! The route leads from the French Cote d’Azur, directly along the French coast and to the west coast of Italy. There, a very special treat awaits golf enthusiasts: on the programme is a round on the just newly nominated Rider Cup course, Marco Simone Golf & Country Club! Isn’t that almost better than Italian coffee specialities?

Fri 18.04.2025 Cannes, France – Golf Club de Cannes Mougins
The design of this 18-hole course was modulated into a dense wooded area above the coastal town of Cannes. Some very slender fairways have been created, all of which are accompanied by existing mature trees. A clear view of the play is not always immediately given from the tee, as some of the fairways feature dog-legs. On this course, it is again a matter of sending the ball on its way shortly with a lot of control, because whoever strays from the path risks not only an extra ball, but also a corresponding extra shot.

Sun 20.04.2025 Toulon, France – Golf Dolce Fregate Golf Club
This 18-hole course is located on a high plateau directly on the steep coast of the “sous-marin”, offering the player breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The fairways of the course are naturally very hilly and challenge the tactically oriented golfer. In between, in addition to a few sand hazards, there are also numerous water features that complicate a speedy round. With a view into the distance and onto the well-kept greens, this golf adventure is definitely a pleasure to say the least.

Tue 22.04.2025 Livorno (Florence), Italy – Castelfalfi GC
Here, in the heart of Tuscany, 27 fairways have been designed. They are divided into the Mountain Course (18 holes), with considerable differences in altitude, and the Lake Course (nine holes), which has exceptional panoramas and numerous water features. Typical of the region, you will be constantly accompanied by mature trees and olive groves on your round. The layout is designed in such a way that the beauty of nature is not significantly disturbed by the fairways. Perhaps that is the very trademark of the golf course.

  • Due to tournaments, renovations, etc. at the various golf clubs, our Golf & Cruise programme is subject to change at short notice.
  • Golf & Cruise voyages allow all players with a handicap of 36 or less to play on courses all over the world.
  • Additional courses can only be booked in conjunction with the basic package.

  • Halfway refreshments are always ordered via the respective golf club; we have no influence on the quality of the snacks. We kindly ask for your understanding.
  • When booking a Golf & Cruise package and flights through Hapag-Lloyd, we will register your golf equipment directly with the airlines – when possible and required. The current baggage regulations of the relevant airline apply. In your travel documents, which you will receive about four weeks prior to departure, you will find relevant information about this. Excess baggage fees for golf equipment are normally to be paid at check-in.
  • Rental clubs for right-handed and left-handed players are available on board, subject to a surcharge.
