BE.YOU. The holistic fitness regime for passengers who love sport is based on individual requirements and focuses on the basic elements of health-oriented training, combined with healthy nutrition. The fitness concept starts with an analysis of physical performance and is individually adapted to the results. This allows every guest on the EUROPA 2 to take on the physical challenge at a level suited to them. The objective is to improve endurance and fitness and, by extension, overall well-being. Maria Höfl-Riesch, who developed the programme on the basis of her own experiences, will come on board for selected cruises to provide group training sessions with her trainers. Guests can train with the Olympian on six cruises in 2017/18 – for example, on a cruise straight through Asia from Bali to Bangkok, or on the Atlantic crossing from Lisbon to New York. On all other cruises guests can also experience the BE.YOU. programme through introductory courses.
