After two relaxed days at sea, the sun-drenched island of Sal awaits you. Enjoy the volcanic landscape on the coast, the capital Espargos and a salt mine and its lakes on an excursion*.
Mindelo/Sao Vicente/Cape Verde, 8.00 – 18.00 hrs
Welcome to the vibrant main town on Sao Vicente. A guided walking tour* will show you the old town and the cultural centre, and then a fabulous view awaits you on Monte Verde. Alternatively, experience the island’s rugged landscape on an off-road tour by jeep*. After this, you will spend five days on the Atlantic – heading for the Caribbean.
Relaxation at sea
Bridgetown/Barbados, 8.00 – 18.00 hrs
The former colony will enchant you with its British charm, long sandy beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see and an old town that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A catamaran trip* will take you past luxurious villas along the coast and through the turquoise sea with its excellent snorkelling opportunities.
Fort-de-France/Martinique/Lesser Antilles/France, 7.00 – 16.00 hrs
One of France’s most beautiful regions can be found in the Caribbean. The tropical island of Martinique is an overseas department and is full of savoir-vivre. Soak in the lush natural environment on a tour*, an off-road trip by all-terrain vehicle* or a hike thorough the tropical rainforest*.
Gustavia/Saint Barthelemy/Windward Islands/France , 8.00 – 20.00 hrs
This lovely island is also known as St. Barts and is a favourite retreat of many stars. Relax on board a motor yacht* with a trip leading through the picturesque bays to the marine park. Get up-close to the fish and corals through the glass bottom of the “Yellow Submarine”*.

In 1969 Nici Mende was born in Lübeck where she grew up, feeling deeply attached to her town. By nature lively and sporty, she has made her vocation her profession from 1994 to date. She is an A-licensensed trainer in several areas of health and fitness, and also a TÜV Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. In 2012 she discovered her passion for the topic of fascial fitness. Being a student of the Fascial Fitness Association she sat the exam for Advanced Fascial Fitness Trainer, being trained among others by Dr. Robert Schleip.
Furthermore, she pursued her education to specialise in Trainer for Medical Prevention, Rehabilitation ending as a Dipl. Trainer for medical Fitness in 2016. This completes her holistic view of fitness. She shares her experience as a lecturer for various training providers in teaching and training in Germany and other European countries. Nici’s impact of training is to improve her own concepts “FASCIAL COACH” and “PAINFREE BACK”. All of this aimed to teach people’s physical motion supported by various visual comparisions and a highly motivating promotion.

Later he worked as a Judo-Headcoach for Schleswig-Holstein and started a holistic view on body and training. This holistic approach became the basis for his work as a personal fitness trainer.
