Sun 17.10.2021 Marseille – Golf Dolce Fregate Provence
An outstanding experience combining the Mediterranean, a natural rocky landscape and vibrant green fairways. As you make your way along the course, the greatest distraction will be the views it reveals of the breathtaking landscape. You may find it difficult to concentrate on your game. There’s a reason why this course has received several awards for its particular beauty.
Mon 18.10.2021 Cannes – Opio Valbonne Golf Club
This parkland course is located in a former forest area on the Cote d’Azur. The sometimes very narrow fairways demand excellent ball control. Due to the conditions, you are recommended to stick to short, controlled drives. If the ball leaves the fairway, it will almost always end up in the undergrowth beneath the trees. The course also shares similarities with Penha Longa, as it features an aqueduct.
Tue 19.10.2021 Nice – Monte Carlo Golf Club – additional course
At 900 m (2,953 ft) above sea level, this 18-hole course is enthroned high above the city and the Prince’s Palace. Sometimes very hilly, the fairways demand absolute precision. They also require good fitness from players. If you want to live up to the course’s expectations, you’ll need to focus on course management to ensure a stress-free game. If you do, you’ll be rewarded with extraordinary views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
Wed 20.10.2021 Portovenere – Versilia Golf Resort
Golfing in park-like conditions where the fairways are close together, but generally have generous playing areas. And yet a certain finesse is still required – the fairways have some pronounced undulations, creating extremely uneven lies. However, the course has only a few bunkers to play around.
Fri 22.10.2021 Civitavecchia – Parco de’ Medici Golf Club
Where Pope Leo X once enjoyed hunting partridges, golfers now pursue the perfect game. Now with 27 holes, the course still has some of the flair of ancient Rome. This challenging course has plenty of bunkers, ditches and ponds that will have a major influence on the flow of play, but also make your game extremely varied.
