In the "Perfect Meat Academy" with Wolfgang Otto from Otto Gourmet on a cruise from Dubai to Dubai, from 20 to 27 April 2014, guests will find out all about how to prepare various types of meat like a professional.
Cheese expert Wolfgang Hofmann will present specialties from his "Tölzer Kasladen" on board the cruise from Lisbon to Hamburg in the end of May.
"Chef of the Year 2013", Christian Strum-Willms, will accompany the voyage from Hamburg to Barcelona from 26 June to 5 July 2014 and offer first-hand tricks for the preparation of tapas and sushi.
