Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is committed to reinforcing its on-going commitment to the international marketplace and is now launching its own English-language, corporate film format: In 2015 a new film, entitled will be published on-line on the first Thursday of each month at

The new series of films focuses primarily on the 5-stars- plus* EUROPA 2, revealing the concept of the 500-passenger ship and its facilities. Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is delighted to have cast as presenter experienced, British TV broadcaster Jonathan Beaumont, who has previously worked as producer and presenter for Travel Channel. The content of these short films, each with a length of 3-4 minutes, covers a range of topics, such as the appeal to English-speaking guests of cruising aboard EUROPA 2, the all-suite concept, the culinary diversity on offer, and wellness on board.

Episode 1 of the film series, launched today (8 January, 2015) on, describes the contemporary style of the EUROPA 2 and also features an interview with Julian Pfitzner, Director Product Management EUROPA 2. In the second part, Jonathan Beaumont presents the EUROPA 2 and why this ultra-luxury vessel stands out amongst its peers, taking viewers on a personal tour of this award-winning ship and its many appealing features.
