Fiji (Mamanuca Islands , Sava-i-Lau , Ovalau ?, Leleuvia , Taveuni )

Fiji: Paradise on Earth
Against the backdrop of the endless horizon composed of the azure sea and the light blue sky, the Fijis stand out like jewels shimmering in shades of green. With the HANSEATIC, you will discover stunningly beautiful islands off the usual tourist tracks that still provide an authentic and pristine image of the South Seas with their tropical vegetation. Zodiacs landings are planned at destinations such as the almost untouched Mamanuca Islands, the white beaches of which invite you to relax, swim and snorkel. On Sava-i-Lau, you will be fascinated by the bizarre limestone caves – through their little openings, you can marvel at the sun being reflected by the water. You will also enjoy wonderful moments in the course of a traditional kava ceremony, allowing you to experience the famed friendliness of the Fijians for yourself. Additional unforgettable experiences await you on Ovalau, which has preserved the charm of the colonial era to the present day, and on the coral island Leleuvia, which you can explore in the shade of laurel and goldenrain trees. The “garden island“ Taveuni will cast a spell on you with its abundant flora, too – much more than half of the island is covered with tropical rainforest amidst which sparkling waterfalls can be spotted. Explore the fascinating landscape and attractions such as the Church of St. Gabriel.
