At the southern entrance to the Panama Canal lies the modern capital city of the same name, which also has a great deal of historical charm: the pretty Casco Viejo* old town and the white Presidential Palace are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These days, its side branches are home to capuchin monkeys, caimans and toucans. You will get a spectacular view of the rainforest from the cable car*, which takes you high over the tree tops.

This 18-hole course is right next to the Volcano del Fuego, which is still active today. Its neighbour aside, you will find a very interesting golf course, which has been designed to fit in with the natural landscape.

Wed 21.6 Isla Flamenco (Panama City), Panama – Radisson Summit Golf Club
This 18-hole course is set in the middle of a subtropical rainforest and, as a result, you may see some jungle creatures. Don’t be surprised if some kind of animal distracts you from your game. Another special feature of the course is that the first sixteen fairways are packed close together, whilst the 17th and 18th are a bit further away.
