The Bygdoey museum island* tells the story of Nordic men. Along with Viking ships, you can also find the ships of Thor Heyedahl and Roald Amundsen.

Discover a fascinating contemporary history in Tjoloeholm country house*: at the turn of the century, the manor was equipped with modern bathrooms, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner – these were modern achievements at the time, but they may make you chuckle now. Paddle through Sweden’s lovely skerry landscape with colourful fishermen huts in a kayak*.

Insights into the private royal collection are granted by Rosenborg Castle* before you reach the royal family’s former place of residence at Christiansborg Palace*.
