Time to spend in Rio and timeless natural beauties
Beach and Samba, Copacabana and Ipanema – on two days you will get to know the moving sides of Rio de Janeiro. The contrasts between historic colonial buildings and modern skyscrapers are shown to you on a city tour with Sugar Loaf Mountain*. After the cable car ride the nearly 400 m high granite cone "sweetens" your day with fantastic views. For similarly far-reaching views the statue of Christ the Redeemer high atop Corcovado* welcomes you with open arms – more celestial perspectives can only be provided on a helicopter flight*. If you prefer to have both feet on the ground, discover one of the greatest urban jungles in the world out and about in the Tijuca rainforest* with birds, iguanas and monkeys.
