With Vitality at Sea, you can devote yourself to a self-aware lifestyle far away from everyday life and you will have the time to give your body the attention it deserves.


MS EUROPA 2: IN2BALANCE

For our new format, IN2BALANCE, selected coaches and trainers present innovative training methods and the relaxation techniques of the Far East: yoga in all its variations, burn-out prevention, tai chi, shiatsu and interval training. In addition, they will also be revealing the latest findings in nutritional science. Let our team of experts help you regain your balance.


MS EUROPA 2: BE.YOU. POWERED BY MARIA HÖFL-RIESCH

Olympic ski champion Maria Höfl-Riesch presents her fitness programme BE.YOU. exclusively on board the EUROPA 2. BE.YOU. is optimised training tailored to your personal parameters, based on your individual body analysis and also including lots of dietary tips. The programme is offered by our personal trainers* all year round. On the following cruises, Maria Höfl-Riesch will introduce BE.YOU. personally.
